Job Title:

General Manager Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Translation Support: Responsible for daily oral and written translation in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, covering business communication, meetings, and basic documentation, ensuring accurate cross-language information delivery.

  2. Administrative Assistance: Assist the General Manager in scheduling appointments, meetings, and short business trips; organize various office documents and materials; and handle daily administrative tasks.

  3. Financial Assistance: Assist in basic financial work, including organizing receipts of expense reimbursement, simple ledger, and coordinating basic financial matters.

  4. Task Follow-up: Implement tasks assigned by the General Manager, coordinate simple internal and external affairs, and provide timely feedback on work progress.

  5. Document Management: Responsible for classifying, organizing, and archiving various files and data; assist in developing basic work plans to improve daily office efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in basic oral Chinese, English, and Indonesian, sufficient for daily business communication needs; excellent written English and Indonesian are sufficient; written Chinese proficiency is not mandatory.

  2. Demeanor: Polite and courteous, possessing basic professional ethics.

  3. Educational Background: Associate's degree or above, major not limited, with preference given to those majoring in administration, translation, finance, or related fields.

  4. Work Experience: Relevant experience is not required, but 1-2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or assistant positions is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  5. Comprehensive Abilities:

◦ Strong learning ability, willing to proactively learn about the drone industry and company business;

◦ Basic emergency handling skills, able to quickly respond to and handle daily emergencies;

◦ Some planning and organizational skills, proficient in basic Microsoft Office software;

◦ Conscientious, responsible, meticulous, and with a strong sense of confidentiality.

  1. Business Trip Requirements: Willing to accept occasional short business trips, 1-2 days per trip.

Salary and Benefits

  1. Salary negotiable, flexible adjustment based on individual abilities and job suitability.

  2. Social security and medical insurance will be provided upon formal employment.

  3. There is a 3-month probationary period, during which salary will not be reduced (details negotiable).

  4. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 or 9:30-18:30(5 days per week, public holidays in accordance with Indonesian regulations).
