岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities负责公司在印尼的日常税务管理及合规工作(包括但不限于 PPh21、PPh22、PPh23、PPh4(2)、PPh15、PPh26、VAT/PPN 等);
Responsible for daily tax management and compliance in Indonesia (including but not limited to PPh21, PPh22, PPh23, PPh4(2), PPh15, PPh26, VAT/PPN, etc.).准确、及时完成月度及年度纳税申报(SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan);
Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual tax filings (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan).审核供应商和分包商的代扣代缴凭证(Bukti Potong),确保合规性;
Review and verify withholding tax certificates (Bukti Potong) from vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance.协助处理税务稽查、退税、SP2DK 等税务机关相关事宜;
Assist in handling tax audits, refunds, and SP2DK inquiries with the tax authorities.提供税务筹划建议,支持公司跨境业务和融资安排;
Provide tax planning advice to support cross-border business and financing arrangements.协助财务经理完善税务内控流程,降低税务风险;
Support the Finance Manager in improving internal tax control processes and mitigating tax risks.指导、培训初级财务人员,提升团队税务管理水平。
Coach and train junior finance staff to enhance tax management capabilities.
财务、会计、税务相关专业本科及以上学历;
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.至少 6 年印尼本地税务工作经验,熟悉印尼税法及电子报税系统(DJP Online/CORETAX);
Minimum 6 years of relevant tax experience in Indonesia, familiar with Indonesian tax laws and e-filing systems (DJP Online/CORETAX).有跨国公司或大型会计师事务所工作经验者优先;
Experience in multinational companies or leading accounting firms is preferred.具备优秀的英文,Good command of English
会中文优先,being able to speak Mandarin is a plus
沟通协调能力强,责任心强,能独立处理与税务局沟通的事宜。
Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to independently handle communication with tax authorities.
持有 Brevet A/B/C 或印尼注册会计师证书(IAPI/Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia);
Holding Brevet A/B/C or Indonesian Certified Accountant (IAPI) license.有 EPC 工程公司、制造业或能源行业税务经验;
Experience in EPC, manufacturing, or energy industry taxation.具备跨国集团转让定价 (Transfer Pricing) 报告经验。
Experience in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation for multinational groups.
