印尼公司总部人员社招岗位职责及要求
一、财务专员
(一)岗位职责:
1.对各类报销及其付款进行初审,并在网银里制单付款。
2.根据审核无误的附件资料,在用友财务软件中录入凭证数据,编制凭证。
3.整理装订每月凭证。
4.发放工资,根据个税申报资料对工资表进行扣税,在网银里制单付款。
5.发票管理,配合税务会计开具增值税税票,财务专员将发票、税票原件邮寄送业主财务请求付款。
6.公司安排的其他工作。
(二)岗位要求:
1.大学或以上学历,专业背景为财务相关专业;
2.具备中文沟通能力者优先;
3.熟练使用PPT、office等办公软件。
(三)工作地点:雅加达PIK
Position: Finance Staff
Role Description:
Conduct preliminary reviews of various reimbursement and payment documents, and prepare payment transactions through online banking.
Input accounting data and prepare vouchers in Yonyou financial system based on verified supporting documents.
Organize and bind monthly accounting vouchers to ensure proper documentation and filing.
Handle payroll processing, deduct individual income tax according to tax filing information, and prepare salary payments via online banking.
Manage invoice-related matters: coordinate with the tax accountant to issue Faktur Pajak, and send the original invoices and Faktur Pajak to the client's finance department for payment request.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
University degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
Proficiency in Chinese communication will be an advantage.
Proficient in using office software such as PPT and Office.
