We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff who will be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly documented, and reported on time. The ideal candidate will support the Finance & Accounting team in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation standards.

Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure all transactions are recorded in the system
  • Record all transactions (cash, bank, A/R, A/P, tax) into proper accounts and in timely basis
  • Prepare detail list of sales, account payable and receivable, fixed assets and other account.
  • Prepare Journal Transaction
  • Support all the Finance & Accounting task on daily basis
  • Financial report analysis and other administrative tasks.
  • Able to process payments using cash, petty cash, checks, or bank drafts.
  • Responsible for filing payment vouchers, payment requests, petty cash records, and bank documents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (Finance & Accounting).
  • Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and taxation principles.
  • High attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
