We're Hiring: Finance Accounting Staff at PT Indonesia Futura Teknologi

IFT is a technology-oriented group of companies that aims to build a "digital society that leaves no one behind".

We are looking for a Finance Accounting Staff who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in ensuring accurate financial records. This role will support daily financial activities, monthly reporting, and administrative processes within the Finance & Accounting team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (AP/AR, general journal entries, payments & receipts).
  • Prepare and update monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation.
  • Manage and organize financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including billing and vendor payments.
  • Support inventory-related financial processes (if applicable).
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and the full accounting cycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Brevet A/B certification (is a plus).
  • Experience using Accurate or Odoo (ERP/Accounting systems) (is a plus) .
