As part of our growing team, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounting and Finance Staff** to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle daily accounting entries (journal entries, bank transactions, petty cash)
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end closing
- Prepare basic financial reports (income statement, cash flow)
- Assist with tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21/23) and e-Faktur input
- Liaise with external auditors or tax consultants as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., **Zahir, Accurate, or SAP**)
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and standard bookkeeping practices
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to work on-site and support multiple departments

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**
- Experience with company audit preparation or handling multiple branches
- English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Familiar with project-based accounting (for EPC/engineering firms)
