Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced local IT Finance & Accounting consultant to support the SAP S/4 HANA rollout project in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the local finance teams and the global SAP implementation team, ensuring that financial processes are accurately mapped, configured, and tested in the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global SAP implementation teams to localize and configure the FICO module in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support data migration activities including validation and reconciliation of financial data.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support end-user training and prepare training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO module implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
