About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive
Personal Assistant to Director
who's ready to make things happen behind the scenes.

You'll be the right hand of the Director — managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travels, handling key documents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves being one step ahead.


What You'll Do

Manage and organize the Director's calendar, appointments, and travels

Prepare documents, reports, and handle confidential correspondence

Anticipate needs and ensure seamless daily operations

Coordinate with internal and external teams for ongoing initiatives

Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times


What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretary, or a related field

3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferably supporting top management or directors)

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); bilingual proficiency is a plus

Strong organizational & time management skills

Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
