What You'll Do : As our Assistant Housekeeper, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel. Your work will directly shape our guests' comfort and overall stay experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Communicating effectively with guests and team members in both Indonesian and fluent written and spoken English.
  • Maintaining tidiness and organization in the housekeeping pantry and storage areas.
  • Delivering service with professionalism, confidence, and warmth, ensuring room readiness for guests.
  • Ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized hospitality through immaculate room preparation.
  • Bringing a positive, "can-do" attitude to every shift and motivating the team.
  • Handling inventory management, chemical usage, and linen controls.
  • Understanding the procedure of running the system and standard Housekeeping operations.
  • Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns immediately to the Engineering team.
  • Supporting other departments, especially Front Office, when needed while maintaining strong teamwork.
  • Working toward department targets as part of a unified team.

What We're Looking For : We want individuals who are serious about their career in hospitality and excited to grow in a professional hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Fluent written and spoken in English.
  • Can handle Housekeeping daily operations and team supervision.
  • Able to work with a team (a strong team leader and player).
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and inventory systems.
  • Familiar in System VHP (Visual Hotel Program) is a strong plus point.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (HK Supervisor / Team Leader).
  • Strong communication and detailed-oriented skills.
  • A polished, professional personal presentation.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while meeting deadlines.
