What You'll Do : As our Front Office Manager, you will be the leader and role model for the Front Office department, ensuring the entire team delivers a smooth and memorable check-in to check-out experience. Your leadership will directly shape our guests' first impression and the operational success of the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily Front Office operations to ensure service standards are met.
  • Leading, training, and motivating the Front Office team to deliver excellence.
  • Communicating effectively with guests in both Indonesian and fluent written and spoken English, including handling guest complaints and special requests.
  • Maintaining tidiness, organization, and discipline within the lobby and front office counter area.
  • Delivering service with professionalism, confidence, and warmth, and ensuring the team does the same.
  • Ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, personalized hospitality, especially VIPs.
  • Bringing a positive, "can-do" attitude to every shift and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Managing rostering, bookings, and guest information flow efficiently.
  • Mastering the procedure of running the system and standard Front Office operations to guide the team.
  • Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with Housekeeping and Sales departments while maintaining strong teamwork.
  • Working toward department targets and revenue goals as part of a unified team.

What We're Looking For : We want individuals who are serious about their career in hospitality and excited to grow in a professional hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Fluent written and spoken in English (Mandatory).
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
  • Able to work with a team (a strong team leader and player).
  • Deep knowledge of Front Office procedures and SOPs.
  • Expertise in System VHP (Visual Hotel Program) is a major plus point.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role (FO Supervisor / Duty Manager / Asst. FOM).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A polished, professional personal presentation.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while meeting deadlines.
