Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment, training delivery, or HR generalist roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with users, and managing the offering process.
- Facilitate and deliver internal and external training.
- Provide HR counseling and act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, work behavior, and employee relations.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle Organization Development tasks such as updating job descriptions, maintaining and revising the organization structure, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Support HR-related ISO 27001 requirements, including implementation of HR controls.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication programs.
