Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development to support the growth and success of the company. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing employee training programs, and enhancing workplace culture. The role also involves addressing employee concerns and fostering effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, hiring processes, and managing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting workplace inclusivity.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance, and organizational frameworks.
  • Ability to design and execute training and development programs for employees.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, software, data management, and analytics is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and practices in Indonesia will be highly advantageous.
