Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst located in Jakarta. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data to support the identification of strategic deal opportunities. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, financial models, and presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute transactions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and assist in decision-making
  • Expertise in Finance, including financial modeling, financial analysis, and understanding of corporate finance principles
  • Valuation Skills to estimate the value of businesses
  • Knowledge of Accounting to analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
