We're looking for a Industry Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team and drive high-impact growth initiatives in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate has solid experience in corporate transactions (M&A, investments, partnerships) and strong analytical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments aligned with company objectives.
  • Perform in-depth market, industry, and competitive research to assess growth opportunities and strategic fit.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including finance, product, operations, and legal — to manage due diligence and integration planning.
  • Translate data insights and business metrics into actionable strategies that strengthen operational and financial performance.
  • Develop board-level investment memos, presentations, and business cases for leadership and executive decision-making.
  • Support post-deal integration and performance tracking to ensure synergy realization and alignment with strategic goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, management consulting, or investment-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in strategic analysis, project leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation principles, and business case development (experience using Excel, SQL, or Python for analysis a plus).
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives with diverse teams such as sales, product, operations, and risk.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights into clear executive recommendations.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related growth sectors is an advantage, though candidates with proven strategic impact in adjacent industries are encouraged to apply.
