Client Details:Japanese Multinational Company

Responsibilities:

  • Provide verbal interpretation services between Japanese and Indonesian individuals during daily work activities, including meetings, team coordination, and operational discussions.
  • Doing Sales Marketing jobs to get clients/customers and helping transactions until completed.
  • Translate both spoken and written communication between Japanese and Indonesian languages for internal and external purposes.
  • Assist in translating various written materials such as emails, reports, and work-related documents while ensuring accuracy, context, and original meaning.
  • Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients & partners..
  • Provide support in business negotiations with Japanese partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Must have at least a JLPT N3 or higher certification.
  • Proficiency in English & Business level in Japanese.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/support/interpreter related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese, with a deep understanding of the language, culture, and business terminology.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including word processing, email, and office applications.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly ethical.
