Responsibilities

  • Assist in content research and planning for Cetta Japanese with the Social Media Specialist, including sharing relevant ideas from Instagram/TikTok links.
  • Upload approved social media content and mirror it to Cetta Japanese's X (Twitter) account.
  • Help respond to DMs and non-sales comments, and actively engage across all Cetta Japanese social media platforms.
  • Research, approach, and maintain records of potential speakers, guest creators, collaboration posts, paid promotions, and testimonial students, including data follow-ups as needed.
  • Contact testimonial students (collaboration/testimonial ads).
  • Check giveaway administration and remind participants of ongoing campaigns.
  • Help select fun learning class footage for Instagram Story materials.
  • Assist the Specialist in managing lists of potential KOLs/class endorsers, and ensure content delivery aligns with the SOW requirements for Cetta Japanese

Qualifications

  • Familiar and comfortable using social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Communicative, responsive, highly curious, and eager to learn.
  • Flexible, critical thinking, and easily adaptable to guidance and changes.
  • Basic editing skills in Canva/CapCut or other simple editing tools are a plus.
