About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT NX LEMO INDONESIA LOGISTIK' as a Japanese Speaker (Removal Division). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our Japanese team & clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service. The role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate the safe, timely transportation of goods and ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, providing responsive communication in Japanese and English.
  3. Handle all client inquiries, concerns, and service updates while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all import, export, and logistics activities.
  5. Assist in implementing logistics strategies and operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients to support long-term retention and loyalty.
  7. Coordinate and support removal service projects for Japanese customers by working closely with internal teams.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to ongoing business growth and service quality.

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Japanese and English, both written and verbal (JLPT Minimum N3)
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or removal industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  5. Familiarity with the logistics or removal industry, including relevant regulations and best practices
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the business
