Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions through all channels: phone calls, chats, and emails (no worries,we will provide scripts).
  • Understand what customers need and help them feel satisfied.
  • Build good relationships with customers by communicating clearly and politely.
  • Give correct and complete information to the customers.
  • Handle complaints, offer solutions quickly, and make sure the issue is solved.
  • Keep records of customer conversations and update their account information.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Fresh graduates or experienced candidates from any field.
  • Must speak Japanese and English - proficiency will be tested during our recruitment process.
  • Friendly and quick to learn new things.
  • Enjoy helping people and can handle different personalities.
  • Can handle multiple tasks and manage time well.
  • Minimum high school graduate (with BPO experience); college graduate (no experience) is preferred.
  • Works well with others in a team.
  • Willing to work on site at RDTX Square, South Jakarta.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts as we operate on Japan business hours.
  • Able to start in January 2026.
