The Opportunity

Join PT Kamadjaja Logistics' dynamic team as a Manager Strategic Procurement in our Jakarta office. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our supply chain and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic procurement strategies to support the company's growth objectives
  • Negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and reliable sourcing of goods and services
  • Analyse and monitor supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business requirements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of procurement to support operational decision-making
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a strategic procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation or logistics industries
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and optimising procurement processes
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to align procurement strategies with wider organisational objectives
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
