Job Summary

Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising company events, visitations, and publications to ensure professional execution, consistent communication, and positive stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute annual and ad-hoc company events, including themes, layouts, run-downs, and content.
  • Manage reception standards and ensure activities comply with SOPs.
  • Supervise event operations, facilities, and documentation.
  • Prepare and control event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (schools, communities, partners).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Relations or Communication.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of English (daily communication and business level).
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
