Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the sales process, including quotations, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and execute promotional activities and events, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and follow up with sales agents or distribution channels.
  • Provide product information to prospective customers and support promotional opportunities in schools and industries.
  • Conduct school canvassing, campus tours, and visits from prospective clients.
  • Assist in producing and distributing promotional materials, and prepare event and activity reports.
  • Ensure all sales and financial procedures are properly documented and filed.
