Position Title
 : Event Planner (Factory Event & Visit)

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing factory events, company visits, and internal activities to ensure smooth operations, professional presentation, and positive experiences for visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute factory events, visits, and internal company activities.
  • Handle visits from customers, partners, media, and government representatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (Event Organizer, catering, decoration, documentation).
  • Prepare event schedules, budgets, and on-site arrangements.
  • Ensure all events and visits run smoothly, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare post-event reports and complete event documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Event Planner or Event Coordinator.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Neat appearance, detail-oriented, and responsible.
