Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, revise, and review agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Offer legal analysis and advice on business operations, labor matters, and other legal issues affecting the company
  • Handle commercial legal matters, including reviewing and negotiating business agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Manage the issuance, renewal, and monitoring of company legal documents and business permits (e.g., business license, NIB, tax ID)
  • Assist in preparing case files, coordinate with external legal counsel, and attend court hearings or mediation when necessary
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations, and provide timely updates to relevant departments
  • Ensure that all company activities comply with current legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Law
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of corporate law, civil law, labor law, telecommunication law and/or business law
  • Experience in handling commercial legal matters, including contract negotiation and risk assessment
  • Strong ability to draft and review legal documents in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • PERADI license is a plus, especially for litigation roles
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
