Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and analytical
R&D Engineer
to join our product development and technical innovation team. This role focuses on research, design improvement, and testing of audio, visual, and lighting systems to ensure product reliability, performance, and efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Assist in the design, testing, and improvement of electrical and lighting systems or components.
  • Conduct research on materials, components, and technologies to enhance product performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and prototype reports.
  • Collaborate with the project, service, and procurement teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting, product evaluation, and reliability testing processes.
  • Maintain lab tools, testing equipment, and ensure proper calibration and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
    or
    Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical / Electronics
    with relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring systems, and basic control systems.
  • Proficient in using measurement and testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, schematic drawing, or similar technical software is a plus.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a team, with attention to detail and innovation mindset.

    : Contracted & Full-time after 1 year

    : Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
