General Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic & electrical manufacturing
  • Proficient in English (TOEFL score ≥ 500)
  • Proficient in operating a computer and using Microsoft Office
  • Willing to be relocated to Hongfa India

Special Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process flow, and production efficiency
  • Knowledgeable in electrical and electronic systems, PLC, microcontrollers, and automation
  • Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems applied in production processes
  • Able to perform process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and maintaining process compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or technology
  • Monitor and optimize cycle times, material usage, and equipment performance
  • Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues
  • Utilize knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and microcontroller systems in process development
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal quality standards throughout the production process
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to improve process consistency and reduce variability
  • Support cross-functional projects such as automation, cost reduction, and process digitization
  • Report regularly to the Engineering Manager and contribute to meeting department KPIs and company targets
