PT. Rinnai Indonesia is seeking an experienced R&D Drafter Staff to join our dynamic team. As an R&D Drafter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Research and Development department, contributing to the design and development of innovative products that drive our company's growth. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, providing you with the opportunity to work in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design and drawing parts to product assembly in 2-D and 3-D with SolidWorks ;
  2. Make various product development documents,  specification, Work instruction for Production and others ;
  3. Determine and arrange Bill of Material (BOM) ;
  4. Coordinate with team, starting from product design, prototyping, mold making stages, trial, mass production up to monitoring problems ;
  5. Ensuring that all drawings and documentation adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.

What we're looking for

  1. Have a bachelor's degree with an Engineering background ;
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an R&D Drafter or in a similar technical drafting role ;
  3. Proficiency in using CAD software, especially SolidWorks, to create detailed engineering drawings ;
  4. Strong understanding in product development stages and requirement ;
  5. Having knowledges in stages of mould making and assembly manufacture production process ;
  6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and visually-appealing technical documentation ;
  7. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ;
  8. Expert in using office applications such as Ms. Office, and being fluent in English is an added value.
