Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to communicate well and build interpersonal relationships

  • Good knowledge of Cosmetic Product Development
  • Good knowledge of B2B Marketing
  • Fluently in English, both oral and written
  • Creative and Sales Target Oriented
  • Able to work in a team
  • Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang

Job Description

  • Building and developing relations with new clients
  • To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products through market research
  • Present to the customer our best products and service
  • Keeping up to date with new products and competitors by doing Market research
  • Follow up and cooperate with the supplier, R&D Team, QC team, Production team, PPIC team, and logistics team to assist in the new product development process.
  • Reach the sales target
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
