Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi pemasaran dan komunikasi yang inovatif, memastikan brand kami tetap unggul di pasar.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Merancang dan mengimplementasikan kampanye pemasaran yang efektif melalui berbagai saluran, termasuk media sosial, iklan, dan acara.
  2. Mengelola hubungan dengan media dan menghasilkan konten yang menarik seperti siaran pers, artikel, dan video.
  3. Menganalisis data dan wawasan pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pemasaran dan komunikasi baru.
  4. Berkolaborasi dengan tim penjualan dan operasional untuk mendukung inisiatif pemasaran dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.
  5. Memantau dan melaporkan kinerja kampanye serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas.

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Memiliki gelar di bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di peran serupa di bidang marketing/markom atau serupa.
  3. Mahir dalam strategi pemasaran digital, termasuk pemasaran media sosial, iklan, dan analitik.
  4. Kemampuan yang terbukti dalam pengembangan konten kreatif dan kampanye terpadu.
  5. Pengalaman dalam manajemen proyek dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan lintas-fungsi.
  6. Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang tren industri, perilaku konsumen, dan lanskap kompetitif.
  7. Kemahiran dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrator, CoreIDRAW dan Adobe Premiere.
