About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical/Field Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components that are crucial to our operations. This full-time role is based in located in Kemayoran and offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the continued success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain the relationship with existing client
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and/or prospective customers
  • Work closely with Marketing team on managing technical issues
  • Attend after-sales support calls and service activities
  • Familiar with tender project especially in the governmental project;
  • Learn and understand company's products and services
  • Responsible for making drawing & technical specification.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field from a reputable Public University in Indonesia
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Mechanical or Field Engineer
  • Preferably previous working from a General trading, Railway, Port, Oil&gas and Mining industry
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
  • Having experiences in 3D scanning will be an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical information
  • Familiarity with project management principles and experience in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
