Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Product Manager based in Jakarta. The Associate Product Manager will assist in driving product marketing and management initiatives. Responsibilities include product analysis, market research, supporting product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Additional tasks involve overseeing product lifecycle management and contributing to the success of product launches in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Competence in Product Management principles, including product development, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
  • Strong analytical and Research skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Data analysis tools and Communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management and Organizational skills to plan, coordinate, and execute product strategies.
  • Team collaboration and Problem-solving abilities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is desired.
