Operational Officer for Be

Operational Officer for BE will be maintaining the system of performance for each partner, biller, and ensure stock availability. Operational Officer for BE need to ensure partner complaints are handled and resolved accurately, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
**1. Customer (Telco and Partner) Service Management (60%)**
- Respond and resolve partner complains within the agreed SLA as stated in SOP
- Coordination and has good relationship with telco for stock and promo
- Operate delivery and handling of physical goods (e.g. stock take, goods storage)
- Reconcile and compile promo report in the system
- Set Product and Pricing based on input from Commercial team and escalate when required
**2. Internal Coordination Management (40%)**
- Perform proper shift handover to ensure all customers cases are covered
- Escalate issues to manager / leader / other department members whenever required
- Perform performance review with assigned reviewers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fresh graduates are open to apply, but prefers someone experienced
- Understand process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma, computational thinking)
- Preferably able to read and analyze descriptive statistics
- Result and detail oriented
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Flexible and ready to work on other roles or learn new things
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Willingness to work during weekend and night shift
