**What your current role should be like?**
- Collaborating with the marketing and analytics teams to manage customer campaigns, retention strategies, and user engagement programs.
- Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to implement and track performance for all CRM-related initiatives.
- Managing customer data to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Supporting cross-functional teams with data and reports to optimize business decisions.
**What will you do?**
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost customer retention and engagement rates.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize and scale efforts for maximum ROI.
- Partner with the product and analytics teams to integrate user insights into customer communication strategies.
- Act as the point of contact for CRM-related queries, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of CRM experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
