**Position: Distribution Inside Sales Representative - Full Time**
**Job Location: Indonesia - Remote**

**Role Overview**:We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Global Distribution team. In this role, you will work closely with our Distribution Partner Account Manager (DPAMs). Primary responsibilities to be the contact for questions, issues, linkages, and requirements that need to be addressed or issues which may arise in the management of the managed partners. Work closely with the Enablement Specialist to communicate identified enablement needs and work with Client’s Operations on any operational issues and resolutions. Reporting recommendation is to the GEO distribution leader.
Your role Includes supporting distribution and the Distribution Partner Account Manager (DPAMs) w/enablement of target partners. Enable distribution on available training and when to use online vs classroom, provide T3 training for distribution on Client’s boot camp for new partners, and assess enablement materials that can be placed on distribution platforms.
**Position Description**
- Have thorough experience in working and attaining aggressive sales quotas.
- Manage forecasts and track customer data using (SFDC) generating GEO dashboards.
- Help manage a complex sales cycle from deal registration and requests for proposal (RFP), including any legal and finance sign offs, to closing.
- Work with the enablement specialist to communicate identified enablement needs and ensure that the distributor is driving partner attendance in courses thereby resulting in an upskilling of the identified disti-managed partners, etc.
- Take guidance and direction from the corresponding Client’s GEO distribution leader in addition to the corresponding assigned DPAM.
- Drive Sales Activities/Programs with Distributors into Unmanaged Partners (Resellers)
- Understand Client’s campaigns, colleterial, and share those with distributors.
- Work with Distribution resource to execute on activities.
- Review Partner capability against desired competencies, track status and identify gaps, and provide support to the distributor in addressing those gaps.
- Understand the distributor Go To Market plans for the distributor-managed partners, their sales motions and collaborate with distribution partners for any support needed to align with Client’s marketing, sales plays and campaigns.
- Engage with commercial Client’s Partner Sales Executives (PSEs) as appropriate to support the review of opportunities and/or leads that originate within Client’s or distribution and ensure the distributor is driving those opportunities to closure.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Highly collaborative and customer success-driven individual who enjoys working in a matrixed organization with virtual teams must be sales oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second language.
- Worked in and/or has an interest and base understanding of High-tech Industry.
- Understanding the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
- Solid People-focused skills, ability to build long-term relationships with team members by establishing trust and credibility.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and highly collaborative.
- 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings.
- Experience using CRM tool for collaboration - in specific Sales Force and Tableau.
