Executive Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a confidential manner
**Communication Management**:
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence.
**Project Assistance**:
- Assist with project management tasks as needed, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings and projects.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma's degree in Secretarial Academy or a related field is preferred.
- Having 5 - 8 years working experience in an administrative or executive support role is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
