**Position: Sales & Marketing Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies**
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Sea Safari Cruises and its offerings.
- Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

**2. Drive Sales Growth**:

- Develop and set sales targets and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as needed.

**3. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills and performance.

**4. Plan and manage marketing campaigns**
- Develop and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

**5. Brand management**
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and presence in the market.

**6.** **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competitors.

**7. Digital Marketing and Content Management**:

- Manage the company's online presence and engage with customers on social media platforms.
- Develop and oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand messaging.

**8. Event Planning and Participation**:

- Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Sea Safari Cruises.
- Organize and host promotional events and client’s appreciation activities.

**9. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on customer feedback and inquiries.

**10. Budget management**
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.

**11. Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management.

**12. Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate on the development of new products and services based on market demand.

**13. Public Relations and Media Management**:

- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Develop relationships with media contacts and secure coverage in relevant publications and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English and Bahasa Indonesia professionally. Other language is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or liveaboard industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
