Customer Service Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the team.
- Ensure the Sribu team's customer service with the client and freelancer satisfaction rates of up to 98%.
- As a problem solver for critical queries and complaints.
- Developing feedback or complaint procedures for customers to use.
- Supervising and evaluating customer service staff activities, as well as providing regular performance feedback.
- Provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs.
- Provide assistance and coaching on issues as necessary.
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your department and explaining these to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Communication or equivalent.
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a customer service manager.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Accountability and open minded.
- Has experience working in hospitality industry.
