**What will you be engaged in?**

The TREVO marketing team plays a role to knit the TREVO journey and storytelling. The team is leading the narrative of the business and helps the respective team if support is needed. The team consists of strong performance marketing, multimedia creators, and a marketing strategic team that is able to translate ideas into communication strategies that influence the right audience.

As a Socar Family, we value the work-life balance and personal career aspiration of an individual to grow together. This role is expected to be able leading the content creation in the marketing team. Able to translate the content into brief to multimedia content. Help the team by doing quality checks of the content produced.

Roles:

- Manage End to End content creation including the brainstorming process of the communication strategy.
- Help to translate the communication strategy into activities and messages
- Able to produce messages tailored to the respective target audience
- Help with the production and quality assurance of communication by the respective team outside the marketing team.
- Provide analysis and evaluation from the content produced and able to give insight for the next improvement
- Do the analysis of industry trends and able to create a strategy to ride the current trend
- Developing exceptional and well-crafted designs that meet campaign requirements.

First and foremost ask yourself: _Are you customer-obsessed?_ This is TREVO's prime value that drives our mission forward. If your heart and mind shout “YES, I am”, you have just identified a fundamental match between you and your future TREVO team.
- A minimum of 2 years working with agencies or fast-growing startups.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university
- Passion for writing and reading, with a background in marketing or copywriting
- Basic logic on business conditions and trends. Also catch up with the current technology and industry trend.
- Basic SEO logic and knowledge
- Strong knowledge in social media metrics and sense of audience mapping
- Exposed to digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies
- A solid understanding of copy and web practices, and experience in Blog writing
- Digital analytics reporting, including Google Analytics
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
