What will you be engaged in?
As our Business Intelligence Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic support to the business team in terms of data needs and provide insights to improve business growth.
- Deliver business sound insights using proper statistical methods.
- Set and maintain a high-quality standard for data reports and insights.
- Work with the Business Team and Other functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Finance, etc) to define critical business metrics, and measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
- Building and maintaining a dashboard to drive decision-making.
- Involve in short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses needed to develop recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.

- 1 year of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns or entrepreneur experience preferred
- Experience in SQL and Google Sheet for data analysis
- Familiar with Python, R, and Superset is a plus
- Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
- Firm understanding of statistics and databases.
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
