**What will you be engaged in?**
- Host Account Management (Jabodetabek **OR** Bandung - Bali)
- Working with Account Management Intern to manage the Jabodetabek / Bandung - Bali Host Performance.
- Daily monitoring of Host Performance (host's listing availability, the host's pending requested booking, make sure host fulfilling all the booking receive).
- Ensure the top priority host to have outstanding performance.
- Host Education
- Provide training to hosts / educate hosts about rules in Trevo
- Make sure hosts understand and follow TREVO regulations
- Provide education when there is any violation done by the hosts
- Relationship Management (Jabodetabek **OR** Bandung - Bali)
- Maintain professional relationships with hosts assigned. Will be actively involved in providing a positive customer service experience
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Have experience in account management for at least 1 year.
- Possess excellent skills in Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must to build a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results
- Willing to monitor the Gearbox & Slack during weekends (Assisted by Account Management Intern)
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, good interpersonal skills
