**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain case files and ensure proper documentation and organization of legal records.
- Conduct research and gather information related to cases as needed.
- Track deadlines and manage calendar reminders for court dates and filings.
- Assist with billing and invoicing, including tracking expenses and payments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant in a legal environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with legal documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
