Business Development Executive

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and industry dynamics.

2. Actively canvass on the ground to generate new leads and business opportunities.

3. Identify client needs and develop tailored sales solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Retaining existing customers and developing new customers, whilst maintaining business portfolio quality

5. Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.

**Requirement**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or management or any related field

2. At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, or marketing in the IT Services

3. Fluent in English both verbally or written well

4. Strong negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders, customers, and potential partners.

5. Good analytical skills to assess business opportunities and risks.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
