**The Role**:
Senior leadership and time management

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce, implement, and execute marketing strategy schools/universities in line with company procedure
- Research and ascertain new market opportunities through growth areas, trends, client networks, partnerships, products, and services
- Build compelling business cases for new client initiatives and services
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract new business
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Identify, organize, and lead at client events such as exhibitions and conferences to generate new business
- Play a key role in the internal and external promotion and development of selected products and business lines
- Maintain a clear and accurate understanding of the educational market and government/private educational institutes enabling the business to maximize market and growth opportunities
- Effectively conduct market analysis, client mapping, and client development planning
- Ability to comfortably present, engage and influence at a senior level e.g., Director level and above for medium and large international school/university

- **You are an exceptional communicator** - being able to connect with people at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders, and communicate project expectations effectively is critical
- **You have strong negotiation skills** - to navigate complex commercial discussions to ensure the best outcome for the company
- **You have a strong network** - of principals, teachers, experts, and executives you have worked with over the years in a primarily education institute
- At least 10 years experience in education background
- Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to generate ideas
- Pro-actively seeks business opportunities for growth and results orientated
- Inspirational - enthuses others with own passion, energy, and enthusiasm
- Driven and self-motivated
- Commercially aware and a strategic thinker
- Resilient and courageous
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize well
- Enjoys teamwork but is able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative
