Business Development serves as the sales and business contact for the client and is responsible for sales and client satisfaction. The BD is expected to seek potential clients and open new business channels, and consistently working with the account team in providing excellent customer service to clients. In addition, the BD will also be expected to build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

**Specific Qualification**:

- Max 35 years old.
- Possess a diploma/bachelor degree from reputable universities or colleges.
- Proven Sales skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience on Sales Department in any industry.
- Excellent presentation ability, both in Bahasa or English.
- Excellent communication, lobbying, sales and negotiation skill.
- Exceptionally attractive, strong self confidence and highly motivated.
- Detail oriented and have technical competence.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Available for placement in Jakarta and ready to travel as required.
