Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth across Retail, Wholesale, and HoReCa channels. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth areas. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing the annual sales and marketing budgets for each channel, overseeing sales targets, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budgets for each channel, focusing on cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor sales targets for each channel by tracking the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and ensuring timely product delivery and consistent achievement.
  • Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to optimize profitability.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to align product offerings with market demands and internal departmental objectives, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in B to B and B to C markets (preferably in the building materials industry).
  • Detailed knowledge of Retail and HoReCa channels.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
