About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Sales Excellence & Merchant Experience team as the Merchant Onboarding Strategy Director. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to improving merchant satisfaction, reducing onboarding time, and increasing conversion rates.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance merchant experience, streamline onboarding processes, and improve overall business performance
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, sales, and other teams, to ensure seamless execution and alignment
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to leadership, ensuring continuous growth and success
- Communicate complex ideas and results to various audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding, and promoting a culture of transparency and open communication
- Maintain a high level of expertise in project management, strategy, and analytics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a positive team culture
Your Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex results to diverse audiences
