We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our steel industry operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing international markets, and overseeing sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales, business development, and management. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others and handle work pressure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead representative office's operation and sales activities.
  • Ensure sales KPIs as assigned by the company.
  • Develop international markets; conduct business and export sales of steel structures in Indonesia market.
  • Develop and oversee the sales team and manage sales operations in Indonesia.

**Requirements:**

  • Priority is given to candidates with international sales capabilities, proven sales performance, and experience in business and sales in the infrastructure construction sector, with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Candidates with experience in steel structures/pre-engineered steel buildings are a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in English, especially for communication, negotiations, contract signing.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other technical majors, International Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Extensive relationships and a broad customer network/database.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills. Strong ability to influence others.
  • Able to handle work pressure and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Decisive and sharp in handling work.
  • High integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to think, act, and take accountability for work.
