About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building new office AV infrastructure, ensuring that AV hardware and software are ready to meet the organization's needs. This includes proficiency in AV programming, troubleshooting support, and developing event strategies, standards, and technology roadmaps to enhance the end-user experience.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, IT AV and is based in Indonesia, working onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and operate all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used.
  • Operate audio and visual equipment to provide high-quality standard services for live events and other productions across Grab sites.
  • Position, install and operate equipment in venues and external sites.
  • Coordinate the flow of an event amongst various implicated sites.
  • Support video/audio conferencing problems, investigating faults and recommending further actions to rectify.
  • Diagnose, test and resolve A/V equipment and media system problems as part of scheduled preventative maintenance cycles.
  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose and rectify faults to ensure all systems function correctly and minimize equipment and system downtime.
  • Design, coordinate, test and commission new office conference rooms.
  • Provide instruction on equipment operation when necessary.
  • Maintain and update AV documentation, such as user guides.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in the Audiovisual industry, with a minimum of 4 years at the enterprise level. Expertise in supporting and building video conferencing rooms, processing control, routing, and audio video signal flow with broadcast software is essential.
