We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at Archipelago International.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting function and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with other departments to achieve our business objectives. Your expertise in finance and accounting will be essential in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Oversee all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who can provide strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and excellent communication skills.
