Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or Management
- Strong skills in drafting, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to identify and understand civil law and business operations
- Capable of working independently or in a team
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong work ethic
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (is a MUST)
- Proficient in software (Microsoft Office, Databases)
**Job Description**:
1. Create and review draft contract agreements through to completion.
2. Review Lease Agreements, Sales and Purchase Agreements, Inter-Company Agreements, and handle corporate legal documents or other legal documents to support the company’s business.
3. Be responsible for filing corporate legal documents and those related to the company’s business.
4. Collaborate with other teams within the company (including but not limited to Operational, HRGA, Finance, and Accounting Teams) on legal matters.
5. Conduct legal and regulatory reviews related to the company’s business.
6. Liaise and communicate with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
7. Organize and coordinate events and conferences.
8. Remind leaders and employees of tasks and deadlines.
9. Arrange business travel, transportation, and accommodation.
10. Prepare the Director for meetings, events, and various occasions.
11. Prepare documents required by the Director.
