About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Merchant Onboarding Excellence. As a critical member of our Sales Excellence & Merchant Experience team, you will play a vital role in driving positive merchant experience, improving onboarding efficiency, and enhancing overall business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance merchant satisfaction, reduce onboarding time, and increase conversion rates
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, sales, and other teams
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to leadership, ensuring continuous growth and success
- Communicate complex ideas and results to various audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding, and promoting a culture of transparency and open communication
- Maintain a high level of expertise in project management, strategy, and analytics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Cultivate a collaborative environment within the team and across departments, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and a positive team culture
Your Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex results to diverse audiences
